How Electric All Pro Got Started
A family-owned Raleigh electrical company built on real field experience, honest work, and long-term trust.
Electric All Pro was founded in 2018 by Hugo Balbuena, but his journey in electrical work started years earlier. He grew up in a family of electricians and began building hands-on experience in 2005, working across residential service, commercial projects, and new construction.
After seeing too many homeowners overcharged and underserved, Hugo built Electric All Pro around a better approach: honest flat-rate pricing, licensed electrical work, clear communication, and treating every home with care. Today, the company serves Raleigh and the Triangle with over 6,000 jobs completed and a 5.0 Google reputation.

Hugo Balbuena is the owner and lead electrician at Electric All Pro, holding North Carolina Electrical License L.32531 with $2M in general liability coverage. He has been doing electrical work since 2005 — more than 20 years across new construction, commercial, and residential service.
Electricity runs in the family: his father owns Pedro Electric and his uncle owns Alpha & Omega Electric, giving the Balbuena family more than 60 combined years serving the Triangle.
Hugo founded Electric All Pro in 2018, and under his license and oversight the company has completed more than 6,000 residential and commercial projects across the Triangle.
