Electric All Pro Command Center

Electric All Pro Command Center is an application built and used by Electric All Pro LLC, a licensed electrical contractor in Raleigh, NC. Its purpose is to let the business owner monitor and manage the company’s own website, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google notification email from one place. It is an internal tool: it is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

Purpose of the application

The purpose of Electric All Pro Command Center is to give the owner of Electric All Pro a single, private dashboard for running the business online. It is an Android application backed by a server we operate. With it, the owner can:

  • See website traffic, search performance and site health for electricallpro.com.
  • Read and respond to Google Business Profile reviews and track the listing’s rating.
  • Review Google Ads and Local Services Ads results and approve proposed campaign changes.
  • Keep up with notification emails that Google sends to the business mailbox.
  • Approve or reject edits to the website before they are published.

Changes to the website or to advertising campaigns are proposed inside the application and applied only after the owner approves them. Nothing is changed automatically.

Who uses it

Only Electric All Pro LLC. The app is installed on the owner's phone and, at most, one office device. Access requires a device credential issued by the owner. There are no customers, clients, agencies or third parties using the app, and it is not distributed through any app store.

Google data the app accesses

With the owner's authorization through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0), the app's server reads the following data belonging to Electric All Pro's own Google accounts:

  • Google Business Profile — our listing details, reviews, ratings and performance metrics, so the owner can respond to reviews and keep the profile accurate.
  • Google Ads — spend, clicks, conversions, campaign and search-term reports, and Local Services Ads leads for our own advertising account. Campaign changes require the owner's explicit approval.
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics — search and traffic statistics for electricallpro.com.
  • Gmail (info@electricallpro.com) — only messages sent by Google to our business mailbox (Business Profile, Ads, Local Services and Search Console notifications), so they are not missed. The app can mark these messages read, star or archive them. It never sends email and never reads customer correspondence through this integration.

How the data is used, stored and shared

The data is used solely to display information to the owner inside the app and to generate alerts for the owner (for example, a new review or a change in website traffic). It is stored on a server operated by Electric All Pro in the United States, protected by access controls, and retained only as long as it is useful for these reports. It is never sold, never used for advertising to third parties, never shared with anyone outside Electric All Pro LLC, and never used to train artificial-intelligence models.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The owner can withdraw the app's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Access ends immediately and no further data is retrieved.
