We upgraded the home to a new 200-amp Siemens electrical system with a new exterior panel and meter base, upgraded service entrance conductors, and an improved grounding electrode system—delivering the safety, reliability, and capacity this home needs. The installation was completed cleanly and passed final inspection.

Onsite Estimate & Scope Definition

We performed a detailed onsite evaluation of the existing electrical system, panel condition, wiring, and service entrance. The scope of work was defined, including the new exterior panel, meter base, service entrance conductors, and grounding improvements. Permits were coordinated before any removal began.

Panel Removal & New Installation

The existing 100-amp panel was de-energized and removed. We installed a new Siemens 200-amp panel and meter base on the exterior of the home, replacing the original interior panel. All branch circuits were reconnected, tested, and labeled for clarity.

Grounding, Reconnection & Inspection

A new grounding connection was added for the gas system adjacent to the panel. InterSystem bonding was completed. We reconnected the upgraded service entrance and performed final testing. The installation passed City of Raleigh inspection and is now ready to deliver safe, reliable power.
